1. Who We Are

adviceNXT is a product of Vaalmika Platforms Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). We build AI-native fiduciary operations software for registered investment advisors and wealth management firms.

2. Information We Collect

Design Partner Inquiries: When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, firm name, firm type, role, AUM range, AI usage stage, workflow interests, and any governance challenge you describe.

Usage Data: We collect standard web analytics (page views, referral source, device type) to improve our site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to evaluate fit for the Design Partner Program, communicate with you about our products, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Data Handling in the Product

During a pilot engagement, client data is processed under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA). All client PII is masked before any AI model review. We do not use client data to train models. Data retention, access controls, and audit log policies are defined in the DPA executed with each design partner.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. We are on a SOC 2 Type I readiness path with an expected completion timeline shared with design partners under NDA.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@advicenxt.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We will notify design partners of material changes by email.
